Quaternary ammonium in the 3-comp sink measured at 100ppm. [CA] Manual sanitization shall be accomplished in the final sanitizing rinse by contacting a chlorine solution of 100 PPM concentration for at least 30 seconds or by contacting a quaternary ammonium solution of 200 PPM concentration for at least 60 seconds. [COS] Employee replaced sanitizer solution. Final reading at 200ppm.

Multiple floor tiles around the kitchen area are damaged and water is coming out of the damaged portion. [CA] Replace broken floor tiles with a smooth and of durable construction and nonabsorbent material that is easily cleanable. Recommend having contractor look if water is just under floor tiles or maybe from a damaged pipe.
