Floor sink is located next to the 3 tanks and is where walk-in cooler condensation line drains into. [CA] Repair floor sink so that it drains properly.

Upon entering to wash my hands there was not any hot water at the hand sink. The manager stated that they were doing the bimonthly power washing and that may be taking the hot water. [CA] Hot water must reach 100 degrees F at the hand sink and 120 degrees F at the dish sink. [COS] The power washing was turned off and then the hot water was back to 100 at the hand sink and 120 degrees F at the dish sink.
