the warehouse where the food and beverage are stored, in several other areas of the warehouse. There is a smell of urine in the warehouse near where several droppings are observed. Evidence of the rodent getting into the bags of sunflower seed bird food. Observed droppings on the floor in the corner where the clothes are sold in the corner of the store. Droppings observed on the floor in the isles on store sales floor. {CA] Take effective measures to eliminate the rodents and protect food from contamination. Close any holes in walls and ceiling to help keep them out. Clean and sanitize all areas where observed droppings. Raise food off of the lower shelves.

[CA] Take effective measures to eliminate rodents from inside the facility. Continue with the pest control service. All food storage shelf was cleaned and sanitized during inspection. Protect food from possible contamination by storing on the higher shelves. Manager had food and beverage moved to higher shelves in the warehouse.
