At the 3 compartment sink, measured hot water at 103F. Per operator, water heater is undergoing repairs and temporary water heaters were installed to provide hot water. [CA] Ensure an adequate supply of hot water is provided at 120F at all warewash, prep and mop sinks. Provide repairs to hot water heater within 7 days. Follow-up inspection to occur to evaluate corrective action. Failure to provide corrective action may result in facility closure. Ensure all warewashing occurs through the warewash machine and sanitizing cycle hot water is maintained at 160F and above.
