[CA] Hot water shall be supplied at a minimum temperature of at least 120°F measured from the faucet throughout facility except at handwash sinks. Handwash sinks must supply 100F warm water. [SA] School only serves prepackaged food from Choicelunch; no open foods or food prep occurs at the facility. A follow-up inspection will be conducted to assess compliance. See notes below.

Observed the kitchen handsink's wall-mounted paper towel dispenser was empty. Note: the nearby prep sink (set up as handsink) had stacks of napkins stored with utensils/condiments nearby. [CA] Ensure the handsink is stocked with soap and paper towels at all times. [SA] A stack of napkins was placed right next to the prep sink. Facility does not prep any food; the prep sink may be used as a handsink until the handsink is stocked.
