Facility bags ice to sell and needs a hand sink for when bagging ice (wash hands then put on gloves). Hand sinks must be maintained so they are accessible for employee use and may not be used for purposes other than hand washing. Education provided.

Raw foods of animal origin should not be stored over cooked or ready to eat foods. FOOD shall be protected from cross contamination by: separating raw animal FOODS during storage, preparation, holding, and display from: Raw READY-TO-EAT FOOD including other raw animal FOOD such as FISH for sushi or MOLLUSCAN SHELLFISH, or other raw READY-TO-EAT FOOD such as fruits and vegetables, and Cooked READY-TO-EAT FOOD.
