OBSERVED HANDWASHING SINK IN CORNER OF KIOSK MISSING HANDWASHING SIGNAGE NOTIFYING EMPLOYEES TO WASH HANDS. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE HANDWASHING SIGNAGE TO ALL HANDWASHING SINKS AND MAINTAIN AT ALL TIMES.

OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 30 DEAD OUTDOOR INSECTS ON INTERIOR NONFOOD-CONTACT SURFACE OF UPRIGHT BEVERAGE COOLER, BELOW AND AWAY FROM BEVERAGES. INSTRUCTED TO REMOVE DEAD INSECTS AND OTHER PESTS AND CLEAN SURFACES AT ADEQUATE FREQUENCY TO PREVENT THEIR ACCUMULATION AND DECOMPOSITION AND MAINTAIN.
