Observed compostable plastics and no method to manage compostables. Provide a waste hauler that processes compostable plastics or discontinue using this type of container. Staff stated these were the last of the original order dating back to last year. There is currently 1.5 boxes left and they will switch to recyclable plastics.

Observed foods in the lowboy cooler holding TCS foods above 41F. Examples include milk at 47F and half & half at 48F. Discussed with staff to discard the TCS items in the lowboy.

Lowboy cooler is not holding a temperature of 41F or below. Integral thermometer on cooler read 38F, however all items in the cooler measured 47/48F. A thermometer was placed inside the cooler and it measured the internal air temperature at 46.8F. Repair cooler and/or the integral thermometer.
