OBSERVED WET MOP RESTING IN MOP SINK. HANG MOPS TO DRY AFTER EACH USE. MOP WAS HUNG AT TIME OF INSPECTION.

OBSERVED THE DRAIN COVER MISSING ON THE MOP SINK. THE DRAIN COVER WAS REPLACED DURING INSPECTION.
