4-501.11 (B); Core; There are small tears in the silicone oven mitts. All equipment shall be maintained in good repair. CDI- Oven mitts were discarded and replaced with new ones.

4-601.11(C ); Dust on the backside of the timers and wiring; dragonfruit splash on sides of lids; the salt and sugar containers in the dining area have slight amounts of food debris; and the gasket on the walk-in freezer door has black debris. Keep non food contact surfaces of equipment clean to avoid build up of dust; food residue or debris. Clean these items on a more frequent basis. *Points not increased due to these being different violations under the same code.
