3-501.15; Priority Foundation; Salads that had been made this morning were the only tcs food stored in the double door cooler and were unable to cool due to the temperature moving from 42F to 52F during inspector's visit. PIC stated that the cooler was at 34F this morning. CDI- Salads were moved to the walk-in cooler since they had over an hour to cool back down. **PIC stated that cooler will not be used for storing tcs foods until serviced.
