There are unnecessary or nonfunctional items and /or litter on the premises. 1. Observed unoperational equipment, various food items that operator stated were for personal use, and inventory that operator stated was not going to be used causing cutter and difficulty to clean in back area rooms of the store. Items must be removed or organized to facilitate cleaning and mitigate the presence of pests. 2. Observed three nonfunctional reach in drink coolers. Replace or repair coolers.
