A handwashing sign was not posted at all handwashing lavatories. Observed no handwashing signage by the men's bathroom handwashing sink.

The food contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans and Nonfood contact surfaces of equipment are to be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. Observed a build up of debris inside of the cabnets behind the counter. Ensure the cabnets are cleaned more frequently.
