Adequate handwash facilities supplied, accessible
Hand wash station was blocked by a rack at the time of inspection. [CA] Handwashing facility shall be clean, unobstructed, and accessible at all times. [COS] Employee relocated rack
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.

2 live cockroaches found at the floor corner under dishmachine area. Reviewed pest control report in February. No findings from pest control company. Noted that employee reported live cockroach but traps were cleaned. [CA] The premises of each food facility shall be kept free of vermin. A food facility shall not operate when there is a vermin infestation that has resulted in the contamination of food contact surfaces, food packaging, utensils, food equipment, or adulteration of food(s). [SA] PIC will contact pest control service for another service and sealed the cracks and holes in that area.
The inspector found mice, rats, cockroaches, flies, or evidence of them (like droppings) inside the business, or conditions that could attract them. Pests can spread bacteria to food and surfaces, so this is treated as one of the more serious findings.

Grease on the wall near hood area. [CA] Clean and maintain wall. Holes on the floor across from cookline where water accumulated. Cracks and gaps observed under dishmachine area. Wooden board is used under reach-in freezer in kitchen. [CA] The floor surfaces shall be smooth, of durable construction, and of nonabsorbent material that is easily cleanable.
Dishes, equipment, or surfaces that touch food were not properly washed, rinsed, and sanitized, or sanitizer was not at the right strength. Clean surfaces help stop germs from spreading to food.
