Previous years #6 water cups have been replaced with approved plastics. However ramekins are not recyclable. One set of ramekins are black plastic; no black plastics are allowed. The other set of ramekins contain no plastic information. See our Green to Go website at the link below. Recyclable takeout containers in Minneapolis are numbers 1,2, & 5 and cannot be black plastic. Paper compostables are allowed. To have plastic compostables you must also have a compost waste hauler and bin for customers. Discussed with manager. Green To Go - City of Minneapolis
