THEY ARE AS FOLLOWS, ALONGSIDE THE COOLING UNIT IN SERVERY PREP, ALONG THE WALLS AND BEHIND EQUIPMENT THROUGHOUT ELECTRICAL AND PUMP ROOMS CONNECTED TO THE REAR PREP AREA, IN CORNERS THROUGHOUT CAFETERIA SEATING UNDER SOUND EQUIPMENT, BEHIND THE COLD DRINK MACHINE NEXT TO THE MICROWAVE, AND INSIDE CABINETS WHERE RECEPTACLES ARE STORED IN REAR OF SEATING AREA. INSTRUCTED TO CONTACT PEST CONTROL FOR SERVICE, REMOVE, CLEAN AND SANITIZE ALL SAID AREAS. MUST ELIMINATE PEST ACTIVITY. PRIORITY FOUNDATION VIOLATION. #7-38-020 (A). CITATION ISSUED.
